Next Friday, November 16th marks the beginning of Yorkdale's most ambitious new endeavour - the Official Opening of their 145,000 square foot expansion! We teased about it here, and we couldn't be more excited for not only the inevitable beauty and magnitude of the space, but all the incredible retailers (many of them opening first-time Canadian flagships!) that are launching in the space.
We've been lucky enough to be invited to attend the Official Cocktail Reception + Preview Party the night before, on the 15th, for fantastic drinks, a tour of the space, and the exclusive chance to see some of the new retail spaces pre-opening. Some of Yorkdale's latest additions will include Ann Taylor (just launched at the Eaton Centre too!), Anthropologie, Ted Baker London, Kate Spade New York, Diesel, as well as many other notables. I can't stress how excited I am for this. To be included in something as magnificent as Yorkdale's biggest project since it's opening is like a small moment in Fashion Market history for me! I'll be there with extra fabulous on, making sure to Tweet and Instagram all the action. So keep it locked on my network for every detail and see it first!
